Our dogs love the food and we are delighted there is less plastic in the packaging too. Customer services also very friendly and helpful. Only two constructive feedback points are it would be great to have a subscription for exactly the amount we need (we have to keep stopping and starting) and the piece of paper under the meat is unpleasant to handle (although we appreciate the reason it’s there). Thank you.
