My Sprocker loves Naturaw - the large taster box contains a good variety of food which is well packed. The only thing that lets it down is the delivery service. For the second time in a row there has been a problem with Dpd. This time there was no communication at all, the box was left on the doorstep (not the designated safe place) and the tape holding the bottom of the box together had been slit open completely so only the insulation held all the packs in place. However, the packs were still frozen and not damaged in any way which is testament to the secure packaging from Naturaw.
