We were very pleased with the quick response and delivery of the food.
Unfortunately, despite following the guidance to gradually move Sammy onto the new diet, she did not like the Naturaw food. She would go 48 hours without eating the Naturaw. In the end, we had to give it away to somebody whose dogs appreciated it.
