Reviews are typically only written when attached to a negative experience. I can't find one, which is virtually impossible given the vast number of companies seeking to take your money with the minimum amount of effort. Naturaw are different, in my experience. The care! Just look at the packaging. 100% recyclable or home compostable... this is almost unheard of! The food itself is no different to handling minced beef/pork (sorry to the vegetarians and vegans) with little to no smell. Unlike those horrid processed tinned food and even dry food. The product is perfect in my view. Customer services, equally perfect. I was unfortunate enough to not receive my original order as the deliver driver broke down. Due to the product being perishable they were unable to deliver it a day later. Naturaw customer service handled this without issue - meanwhile I was panicking - they just shrugged it off with a "we get another one to you tomorrow, no problem. :)" Put me at ease instantly, they've got this! :) And so, does the pooch like it? Well, our new addition to the family has just arrived all the way from the other side of Europe... 3 days travel, urgh! While it too them 10 hours they devoured 2 servings that evening and another the following morning with no issue. They appear to love it judging by how clean the bowl is afterwards. Happy days! Cannot recommend raw food enough and given the fully recyclable/compostable packaging (not to mention the ability to return the wool insulation for free, in fact, they'll pay you... wow!) Naturaw for us is the natural choice (cheesy but 100% true).
