The food is excellent (my dog loves it!), the care taken to source high quality meat and animal care standards is so much better than our previous brands, the packaging is excellent - I can separate the "plastic" liners from the cardboard tray, wash and recycle and everything else is recyclable, the subscription service is good and staff are very responsive if you have a query. Recommend!
