The order was reasonably simple to place. However there was some confusion about the stock items. The bat boxes were competetively priced. All communication by mobile phone and email was dealt with very quickly and informatively. The courier was informative in its first attempted delivery. However when they finally received the items they turned up on the door rather unexpectedly when I had expected some prior tracking email or text.
