I ordered a bird box and counter in autumn 2015 and it arrived very promptly. In spring 2016 the counter started showing random characters which Dominic thought might be water ingress - the only one ever reported to him. He sent a replacement counter and a stamped envelope to return the the faulty counter. Excellent support service and customer care. The counter gives a really good indication as to what is happening in the box - siting on eggs, feeding chicks or over wintering. Therefore this Dec (2016) I ordered a bat box and counter during the offer of free box with a counter but have yet to receive it - hope it arrives by Christmas as it is a present. I will write another review once it has arrived and been in use for a while.
