So surprised with their customer services. They are cowboys. I bought exdisplay sofa from Brent Cross Natuzi outlet. I did not collect the sofa in order to make some measurements at home. I came the day after to mention that it will not fit my place but they refused to refund my money. So they got my money and sofa at their store until today
