Natuzzi My wife and I purchased a £5000 sofa within 3 months we complained about seating sagging and leather stretched very badly. They replaced the fome padding but Leather very loose due to it been stretched to much looks like a 10 year old sofa ..we are very disappointed we have asked for our money back. They have refused. They have said its not a manufacturer fault...we are absolutely Disgusted with this company.. They tell you made in Italy It not its made in Romania They are charging italian prices For poor made furniture in Romania Will never buy from this company ever again....
