This was the worst banking experience of my life. I'm at a loss how an established bank can act so poorly, they are an embarrassment. Dishonesty, mistakes, delays, misinformation, lack of humans for web chat and phone. Poor service system. No response to emails. To top it off was stood up for a phone meeting, with no communication. Despite giving them what they needed within 24 hours application had not moved after 2 weeks. Had to consult
