Absolute con artists who are blaming Brexit for delays in returns and refunds. The reality is they have stolen my money and I no longer have the clothes as they are sitting with DHL who have also not been able to get in touch with anyone at Navabi to resolve a query.
I am now £200 out of pocket and desperately trying to get hold of someone to help. DHL have been trying as well to no avail.
