My order was not delivered 3 weeks ago. Despite contacting the company 2 days after the alleged delivery (when they started sending me' feedback emails'), it took 14 days for them to start an investigation, which is estimated to take 3 weeks - a refund will be considered then.
Customer services are unhelpful and 'have to follow the process'. Interestingly, there is no process to escalate a formal complaint - I was advised to look on the website for the names and address for senior staff if I wanted to do this. I have.
