I was billed $64 on October 28th 2022, which would have been fine had I received another product. Nope. I'm going to get billed ANOTHER $64 on November 28th before my next product is sent. I reached out to them asking if I canceled would I receive the product that I paid $64 for on October 28th and they completely evaded the question. I have documentation supporting this. I want to cancel and receive a refund for the $64 paid on 10/28.
