I bought a Brooklyn Nets jersey for my son for Christmas but had to buy a ‘personalised’ Kyrie Irving 11 jersey as they had no pre printed Kyrie jerseys available. Within 4 months of minimal wear, the lettering had started to peel and the numbers and name letters were starting to appear a different colour to the BROOKLYN printing. I contacted nba which bounced me to a kitbag.com who dismissed my complaint due to time lapsed - apparently £45 for 6 months wear of a Hersey is acceptable to kitbag. When I asked how I could review the product online to stop others making the same ‘mistake’ and how I could feedback to Nike, kitbag stopped responding to my messages/emails. They’re happy to take your money but not happy to deal with poor products and poorer service. Shocking by nba store eu and kitbag.com.
