STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. Disgusting customer service. Paid extra to have parcel delivered within 3-5 working days. 11 working days later they still hadn’t arrived. Email after email remained unanswered or a reply..they are shipped. No apology anything. Then was told they had national holiday…..if that was case why did they take extra postage when they knew they couldn’t deliver in time scale. Very rude woman answering my mails telling me to understand and have a nice day. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 They took more in postage than in goods and refuse to give me refund in postage despite them taking treble the time to come they should have. I will be spreading word to avoid them.
