Well to be honest i dealt with them on three propety sales and sold propetry i even gave my sister them she used them twice on her propertys the only thing we saw wrong they take their time other than that every thing was done as it should be i am living in the propety today and got my money on the sales thanks to nbm . I was surprize no they close because of a issue hope they get back on thier feet asap.
