Purchased a used £41,000 vehicle from NCV sales, found out a short time after purchase that there was damage to the undertray, had a quote to get repaired of £379 but they refused to get it fixed, even though it showed there was damage on a previous service history. Terrible attitude, very stressful, pure greed typical car salesman, keep well away from them. A multi-million pound company they act like a secondhand back street car sales business, give you all promises but deliver nothing. You have been warned!Just an update...even sent them an email saying I will get them fitted if they just supply the damaged and missing parts (cost to them less than £100 as trade) no reply to my email! Disgraceful company.
