The reviews on here are a bit scary. Especially after having signed up and trusting my money with NDAX. But from reading about the company it seems like customer service might be overwhelmed with the sudden influx of users with the rise in popularity in cryptocurrency (especially doge coin). I haven’t had to contact them cause everything has gone smoothly for me with signing up, verifying the account, depositing and trading. Hopefully they can get back on top of their customer service and give the users a little bit more confidence in their service as it does make me a little bit more anxious about using them.
