He said I would be transferred to his boss named Steward David who would unblock the limit and soon I would get ALL my money back soon. It is plain to see I am not tech savvy. When Jeffery told me I should call my bank and insist I did this on my own and to not mention his part in it a red flag finally went up. I think I was put on hold so he could have time to hijack the transfer. I hope the authorities can catch these thieves,
