NDAX was great in the beginning, however it became problematic when a bank draft was sent. It was delivered on a Monday morning and after several attempts by live chat, email and phone calls, the draft was deposited Thursday evening. Made another deposit and was unable to withdraw until I spoke with someone in the compliance department. It took 3 full days to get a live person on the phone. She asked me personal and confidential questions, then told me I was being deceptive. Ultimately I was fired as a client after the conversation - seriously? How is NDAX advertised as the best Canadian crypto platform when they give absolutely no customer service, hold on to your money for several days, then take their sweet time to contact you back? DO NOT USE this platform, I promise you will regret that decision!
