I'm relatively inexperienced with crypto, but investigated a bunch of exchanges & wallets and found NDAX. Visited their offices to verify they were real. They tend to follow all the CAD gov rules so it takes a little longer to get set up. Haven't had any trouble trading but I haven't done anything 'advanced' like staking either. Customer Service is a little slow, but no worse than any other large company. The system itself is easy to understand and not too complex with all the functionality you would need if you're trading regularly or professionally. Most importantly is the trust factor. They seem legit and any issues I've had have been handled professionally, plus if they go out of business my crypto is safe, so I'm not worried. -R.
