BEWARE!! DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!! My account was hacked and someone withdrew my crypto funds on Christmas Day. The company has not given me any information on how the transaction was processed or who/where it was initiated. They have sent me the same generic response to my questions and essentially told me that I am on my own. I find it completely unprofessional for a digital financial institution to operate this way. One of the reasons that I invested with this company was because it is a Canadian company (I actually live in Calgary where it is based) and that it was insured for these situations. I find it shocking that they have simply told me that I am on my own and not provide any details or support. I strongly suggest you keep your money safe and invest elsewhere.
