It's been almost 3 weeks, and my appeal case still hasn't been resolved. Not once has customer support replied to my case. I opened multiple cases to draw attention to my appeal, but all of them say 'resolved,' yet no one from customer support has replied or attended to my appeal case. Worst f**king exchange. If you're reading this, please find something different, like run away from NDAX and if you are already scammed too, just do the needful and message FOS TERBOO N . ORG, they are the one who helped me when I was down. FOS TERBOO N . ORG saved me and my investment within 6 hours. My friend was saved too by FOS TERBOO N . ORG when NDAX scammed him too.
