Ordered two busts. I live in Canada so they had to travel quite a distance. One of the busts was damaged upon arrival. Rick and John sent out a replacement right away. The replacement arrived undamaged.
They are very nice additions to my living space. They are detailed and look very nice. Good conversation starters. :-)
