I would give a 5 star, however, servco service is slow! It took 2-3 months to get problem solved on one frame and same problem on other and just now (3 weeks later) got email they will let me know when parts will be sent. The service dept shouldn’t take this long to get results. Customers have to wait 2-3 months to be comfortable again. Luckily second frame I had bed where I wanted it to sleep, but extremely disappointed in service dept.
Bed is great, love the mattress and everything, just not a fan at all of the service dept. too slow!
