The service was great from the start. The mattress arrived less than a week from the date of purchase which was earlier than expected. There was a minor issue with the mattress cover which was resolved quickly by Nectar staff. The mattress itself is probably the most comfortable mattress I have slept on. It gives support while also comfort. I hope this comfort lasts.
