The mattress packaging was wonderful (with carrying straps- also reusable for other items like artificial Christmas trees) It was fun to watch it literally "pop" out of the rolled packaging. Was ready to sleep on the next day. I do like the feel of its support, but I feel it's a bit firm for my liking, but I do like the fact it is much cooler then my old standard mattress. I did find that putting a mattress protector on it will retain some heat- sadly, I must keep mine on due to the fact that my little ones like to sleep with me. I am pleased with it overall, and am hoping it may feel less firm in a few months because I do have shoulder and hip pain (I'm a side sleeper)
