The mattress itself is outstanding. I no longer have to toss and turn to fall asleep. It also allows me to utilize less pillows to support different areas. The four star rating is due to poor customer service. When I e-mailed customer service, there was never any type of response. My plan was to purchase another Nectar mattress in the future; however, knowing customer service is absent to back the product is enough to change my decision. I will enjoy my Nectar for as long as it lasts. And I will continue to search for a company that believes in their customers as much as they claim to believe in their product.
