Maybe it's just me getting older, but I was finding it tough to sleep on my old innerspring mattress, even with a foam topper. I was concerned the Nectar might be too soft, or too hot, or... but figured I could always use the guarantee if needed. Your white glove service took care of the old mattress, which was another potential hurdle. So, with nothing left to lose, I now have a much more comfortable mattress - easily a 9 out of 10 although I don't know what I would change. Thanks for taking the angst out of what should have been an easy decision. I should have done this years ago.
