Pretty much anything is better than a 13 year old innerspring mattress with a sinkhole in the middle, but the Nectar mattress has made an exceptional difference. We sleep fitfully and wake with no pain. No more hot/cold war with the covers. No more feeling like we're rolling to the middle of the bed. No more pain. No more sleepless nights!!! In my opinion, this is the best mattress ever!
