I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered a Dream Cloud Mattress from them. They advertise on their website- shipping guarantee within 1-2 days after ordering. They never shipped my mattress! When I tried to call customer service (8 times) and email them (6 times), they Only answered 1 time. Only to tell me they are backed up with orders and haven't shipped it yet. Then when I requested a full refund, they said they would have to wait til they get the merchandise back in order to refund me. It never left their warehouse! I have filed a dispute with my bank
