I have been a customer for several years and have been happy until now.
I had three chimney caps install which didn’t even last 2 years. One is missing and the other 2 are loose. Now I have a family of raccoons living in my chimney. I will be going with a different company for replacement despite the Ned Steven lifetime guarantee. Careless workmanship.
