We cancelled our service with Ned Stevens when they got purchased by a larger company. Apparently they came to do a gutter cleaning we never asked for and were never billed for. Today I get a letter in the mail threatening to assert a construction lien on our property. As a small business owner myself, this is the lowest of the lowest and taking advantage of a system used only as a last resort.
