I went to Nedbank Greenstone on Monday to apply for new bank cards after an unauthorized payment went off my account. I had to call at the bank every day of this week since then to get all my matters resloved. I was shocked by the unprofessional manner of the consultants. I was asked to leave a note for the person doing exchange to foreign currency and was told that she will call me when she's back from lunch and set up an appointment to help me. I did not get a call from the lady and I had to go in personally. When I asked the manager why the person didn't call me she said she does not know. A consultant helped me to activate my new card and told me I could leave. It was ready to be used. But I tried the card and it was not working so I had to call at the bank again. Today I went in to discuss renewing my fixed deposit with the bank. The consultant who attended to me was most unprofessional. She asked me to come and stand right next to her while she gave me instructions on how to change my investment on my banking app. While she attended to my need she spoke to 6 different clients making me wait each time while she attended to them. One client even sat on a stool next to her. I had no absolutely no privacy in all this time. I get the impression that Nedbank does not value their customers any more! This was the worst service that I have ever experienced..
