Urgent Concern Regarding Business Banking Support at Nedbank Gauteng
I am deeply disappointed with the lack of effective business banking support at Nedbank Gauteng. Despite being assigned a business banker, Sealan, who reports to Thurusha, I have repeatedly experienced poor service and unfulfilled commitments.
A recent incident highlights this ongoing issue. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to repair my phone while traveling, which temporarily restricted my access to the Nedbank app. I requested my banker to hold a debit order, a simple task that he agreed to but ultimately failed to execute. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered such inefficiency.
These repeated failures have caused unnecessary inconvenience and financial disruptions to my business. I am addressing this review directly to the Regional Head of Nedbank, as the current support structure has proven ineffective. I expect urgent intervention and a resolution to ensure that business clients receive the reliable support they deserve.
I urge Nedbank to address these service gaps and improve the professionalism and responsiveness of their business banking division.
