The customer service team do not provide the right service. Worth spending more on better quality clothes and getting the right customer service support. They mislead when making purchases. I ordered in April 2024 and had no import tax with the delivery. The order I did this month had a £100 import tax come through after I paid delivery and tax on the order. Most companies will show this when you pay for the order. Yet they’re quite happy to take an order knowing they will make you pay loads of tax for bad quality clothes afterwards. Then they will refuse to help with a refund or sending it back. Most customer services would have provided a goodwill refund, seeing as the small print is hardly visible or clear when you go to confirm the order. Warning all customers to not purchase from here.
