I bought a fin boot aerial and when fitting it tightening the nut by hand it disintegrated Neo bros would accept no liability and offered me a replacement for half price the guy on the phone said it must be my fault and was not interested in replacing it FOC
the part was aftermarket and of very poor quality I wouldn't recommend Noe Bros to any one their customer service attitude stinks
