i recently order a handbag for my daughter birthday, order accepted delivery confirmed ...only on the day of the delivery i recieved an email from Claire in customer support to say that due to a technical error they've had to cancel and send me a refund, very dry apology I was very uoset as i was in hospital anf ordered for her in time as i couldnt go out... Very very unhappy three days later no monies have been returned to my account just yet🄵 Very disatisfied .. So be carefull order well in advance if its for an occasion so they youre let down like me ....
