On my last purchase, I would rate Netclothing 5/5 but my first purchase I was refunded as the item was no longer in stock. I was disappointed as it was a birthday gift & would have appreciated next day delivery if I chose to make another purchase that day or free delivery on my next purchase as a token gesture at the very least.
