Site is cool with great items in competitive prices. Custommer support through phone could be improved and size should define somewhere the measure type of the sizes listed (e.g. site says for a random pair of sneakers that the sizes available is 9 1/2 but does not say if it is UK or US size.)
I would give the best rating but some small stuff held me back, hope improvements will be implemented in future.
