I am still waiting for resolution to a product purchased 10 months ago for a christmas present for a 9 year old. The 9 year old still has no christmas present, I haven't recieved a refund, and this company is impossible to get hold of.
Their website actual says, please don't call. There is no stronger words I can use than, order at own risk - this is the very worst company I have ever dealt with. Ever. They once did get in contact with me to ask if I could remove a review if they gave me products for free. I advised I just wanted a refund for my original purchase that was faulty. No, sorry, we can't do that, we'll have sales call you to take a payment for the more expensive product option. We'll charge you a restocking fee of the original faulty product that you can't use, charge full price on the replacement product, and you'll have to accept the 2 delivery fees - one for the faulty product (PVC soccer goals that broke on first use) and one for the new, more expensive goals. Can't get in contact with anyone to express my dissatisfaction with this, or to find a resolution. I am down over $500 so far, and no product in my hands at all - as the broken/faulty product was returned 4 months ago.
DO NOT BUY FROM NETWORLD SPORTS. THERE IS NO OPTION TO RESOLVE ANY AFTER SALES ISSUES.
