AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Absolute joke of a company. I ordered an item from them on 24 February and paid 9.99 for delivery.......it has still not arrived. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are infuriating to try to contact to see where your order is, their phone lines are not operating and their "live" chat online shambolic. I have been waiting over an hour for a response and have been 2nd in the queue for 25 minutes with an approximate waiting time of 2 minutes. I am patient and am prepared to give companies the benefit of the doubt during the pandemic but this company is just having a laugh! I will never buy anything from Net World Sports again.
