I have tried every which way to contact this company about a screwed up order (phone, email, website contact info, ...) with no response received from either method. I ordered two nets that were supposed to be 7 ft by 16 ft. Instead, they were each 3 ft. by 16 ft. My order was back on October 2020 and I didn't receive the order until mid January of 2021. I finally got the chance to look at them since the weather has gotten better and found that they were not the lengths I had ordered. So far, no response after 2 weeks of trying. I will update this post if by chance I hear back.
