Sent wrong equipment, rest of order not in stock, charged £350 for delivery that they won’t refund. Customer service number doesn’t work, neither does customer service email or instant chat.
We have started a court claim and reported them to the customer standards agency - please let us know if you would like us to include your experience of them for evidence. The more examples we have the better and we can already see from google that there are many.
