I paid a premium for delivery of some items on Saturday 20th November. It was a time-sensitive delivery I needed as a gift on Saturday 20th Nov. Items never arrived. I called the seller on the morning of 22nd Nov & asked them to cancel the packages and refund me. They said I had to wait for the packages to get back to them first (not sure why when this is not my error or fault). Yodel knocked on my door on 23 Nov saying they had 1/2 packages for me. 1 had been returned to the seller, the other was still out for delivery, so here it is. I rejected the delivery and asked the Yodel driver to return the item to sender. It's now 1st Dec, still no refund, no apology, and no response to the PayPal case I have opened. Net World Sports is an appalling company. I would never shop with this company again - avoid like the plague.
