Order showed no movement on the waybill after a few days, so I contacted Net World. They said the courier must have lost the package so they dispatched a new package through DHL express shipping.
The package was detained by South African Customs, as an incorrect package value was stated by Net World, which did not match the commercial invoice I was supplied.
Customs wanted to charge me a penalty of more than 3x the value of my order, to clear it. I contacted Net World again, and they said they would pass my message onto their logistics department... Still no reply.
I cannot justify paying the penalties, stemming from supplier incompetence, so it looks like the package will be disposed of and I will be out of pocket, with no paid for product. This also does not guarantee that South African Revenue Services (SARS) won't still demand some form of payment from me, if they can't recoup the cost of the storage value.
Disgusting business practice and customer service.
