We have purchased numerous tennis court benches from Net World Sports. We had multiple arrive damaged due to shipping, and Net World Sports stood by their product and either provided a discount or a replacement as needed until we were happy. I would hope they would work on packing the items better in the future to prevent this sort of problem down the road, but I am happy to hear that customer service did everything they could to right the wrong.
