I have bought a few items from the sister company Forza who Net World Sports own. I’ve never had an issue with any of the items until the large ball bag I ordered had a rip and was faulty. I had some teething issues using the online chat and couldn’t get through on the telephone but managed to obtain an email. So I’ve sent the email with pictures of the bag. I had a reply later on in the evening regarding the faulty item, with a really nice email asking about the issues I had with contacting them and provided them with feedback on my device etc so they are clearly always looking to better their service which is really important and impressive. Not only that they have now arranged for a replacement item as well. Can’t fault their customer service and prompt dealing of the situation, I will always use this company regarding purchasing sports equipment. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would. Top class 👍
