My order was placed on June 24. I paid by Visa.
I received an order confirmation indicating a reference which the tracking system used by the courrier does not recognise.
I cannot follow up on my order.
I complained by mail and received an automatic reply indicating my mail was received bur no answer to my question.
As of to day (June 29) I have not received either an answer nor the delivery.
