I ordered multiple items for my parents birthdays. One of the items I ordered, personalized socks, was never delivered. they delivered a pen with someone else's name on the box and another empty box. When I reached out, they responded saying my brother signed for the items. With no explanation as to what happened to the missing item. I then followed up with them multiple times but no response in over 5 days. I even explained that my brother who signed for the item didn't know exactly what was supposed to be in the boxes as these items were ordered by me as gifts.
I live in the states and will not call them just to be placed on hold for extended times and driving my phone bill up.
I have been using their site for quite some time. But after this last incident, I will no longer be using their service.
